Notes & Policies
A full or partial refund will only be issued if a) you are shipped the wrong
item, or b) item has unspecified damages. No exchanges. No returns for
clothing that does not fit.
Payment Methods
Payment via PayPal is strongly preferred. It's safe, easy and secure. You
don't need to open an account to use PayPal - all you need is a credit card.
I will also accept US Postal Service money orders for orders totaling at least
$10 or more. Buyer MUST e-mail me to verify that the money order has been
sent out. I will put the item on hold for a maximum of 10 days after receiving
the e-mail. If payment is not received by then, the item will be taken off hold. If
payment arrives in the mail after the 10 days, it will be sent back.
Measurements
Clothing measurements are approximate and are taken with the item laying flat
and multiplied by two for total bust and waist size. Length is measured from
shoulder to hem. Sleeve measurements are taken from shoulder seam to cuff.
Bust measurements are taken from armpit to armpit. If you'd like further
measurements on any item, please feel free to e-mail me.
Ninja Vintage offers only the highest quality of clothing and accessories, but
please remember that all items are in vintage condition and will often show
normal signs of wear. If any noticeable damage exists, however, it will be
clearly specified under the item information. I will also try to provide pictures
whenever possible.
